On October 23, Azerbaijan will see mainly partly cloudy weather. Baku and the Absheron Peninsula are expected to remain mostly dry throughout the day.
“Operative Information Center-OMM” reports, citing the National Hydrometeorology Service of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, that temperatures in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula will range from 19°C to 21°C.
Atmospheric pressure will stand at 767 millimeters of mercury, while relative humidity will be 45% to 65%. Northeasterly winds are expected, with speeds possibly increasing at times.
Rain is forecast in the regions. Short-lived showers and thunderstorms are expected in mountainous and foothill areas, with hail in some remote locations and snow in the mountains. Temperatures in the regions will range from 19°C to 24°C.
According to the forecast, Baku and the Absheron Peninsula will remain mostly dry over the weekend. Brief periods of light drizzle are possible at times.
Residents in areas expecting rain are advised to follow safety precautions.
