Snow has fallen in the high-mountain areas of Ordubad.
The National Hydrometeorological Service provided the information to “Operative Information Center-OMM”.
According to information as of 11:00 on October 21, most of Azerbaijan had dry weather, although brief rain fell overnight and in the morning in some mountainous and foothill districts.
Precipitation totals were 4 mm in Ordubad and Lerik; 2 mm in Shahbuz, Gadabay and Gusar; and 1 mm in Goygol, Shamkir, Dashkasan, Shaki, Mingachevir, Yardimli and Astara.
