“When discussing changes to educators’ clothing, the issue concerns certain rules and requirements rather than a uniform.”
"Operative Information Center-OMM" reports that Education Minister Emin Amrullayev made the remarks at a news conference on the new academic year.
“A teacher’s clothing can affect the educational process, students’ behavior and the school environment in general. Once the relevant rules are established, it would naturally be more appropriate to provide the public with the necessary explanations. The public will be informed about these rules in the coming days,” the minister added.
The planned standards are intended to clarify expectations regarding teachers’ professional appearance in schools. The ministry has not yet disclosed specific requirements or indicated whether the rules will apply uniformly across all educational institutions.
