The 3rd meeting of the Interstate Council between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan has been held in the city of Cholpon-Ata, with the participation of President Ilham Aliyev and President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, citing the Presidential Press Service, the high-level discussions focused on the prospects for strengthening the strategic partnership between the two nations, with a particular emphasis on expanding economic cooperation and trade ties.
The Interstate Council serves as a key platform for deepening bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan. These meetings are instrumental in coordinating political, economic, and cultural policies, reflecting the growing cooperation between the two countries within the framework of the Organization of Turkic States and other international platforms.
