The first meeting of the Supervisory Board of “Water Supply of Large Cities” OJSC, which operates under the Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency (ADSEA), has been held.
The agency informed Operative Information Center-OMM about the meeting.
By decision of the Supervisory Board, Arif Farman oglu Mardanov was appointed executive director of “Water Supply of Large Cities” OJSC.
Mardanov was born in Baku in 1970. He graduated from the Azerbaijan Institute of Construction Engineers and the Azerbaijan State University of Economics. He held a senior position at Azersu OJSC and was a member of an expert group involved in drafting the law “On Water Supply and Wastewater.” He also served as a department head at the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR). At various times, he chaired the trade unions of metro workers and healthcare workers. He was elected to the Supervisory Board of TABIB.
