Samir Humbat oglu Humbatov

Biography
Samir Humbat oglu Humbatov was born in 1978 in the village of Ashagi Mollu, Qubadli District.
From 2002 to 2017, he worked as a consultant, senior consultant and head of department at the National Fund for Support of Entrepreneurship under the Ministry of Economy. In 2018, he served as an adviser to the Chairman of the Board and head of department at the Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund Open Joint-Stock Company. From 2019 to 2021, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Entrepreneurship Development Fund under the Ministry of Economy, and from 2021 to 2025, as Deputy Chairman of the Board of KOBIA.
Since 22 April 2025, he has been the First Deputy Chairman of the Board of KOBIA.
He was awarded the “For Distinction in Public Service” medal by presidential order. He holds the civil service rank of junior adviser. He is married and has one child.
