Biography
Orkhan Vidadi oglu Mammadov was born on 1 July 1984 in Baku.
He began his career at the Ministry of Industry and Energy in 2006. From March 2007 to February 2018, he worked at the Ministry of Economy, serving as chief adviser and deputy head of the Entrepreneurship Development Policy Department, deputy head of the Foreign Economic Relations Department, and head of the Department of Interstate Economic Cooperation. During this period, he represented Azerbaijan at nearly 100 meetings and working groups of intergovernmental commissions established with various countries and participated in the organization of a number of international events.
Since 27 February 2018, he has been Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA).
He speaks English, Russian and Turkish. He is married and has three children.
