Natiq Telman oglu Shirinov

He was born on August 10, 1970, in Bilasuvar District.

He served in the Armed Forces from 1993 to 1996. From 1999 to 2001, he held various positions at the Ministry of State Property; from 2001 to 2005, at the Ministry of Economic Development; from 2006 to 2011, he was a department director at Ataholding OJSC; from 2011 to 2020, he was head of a main department at the Ministry of Taxes; and from 2020 to 2022, he was head of the Main Department for Economic Analysis and Control over Accounting of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.

By order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 27, 2022, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee. He holds the rank of Major General of the Customs Service. He was awarded the Medal for Distinction in Public Service in 2015, the Progress Medal in 2020, and the 3rd Class Order For Service to the Fatherland in 2026.

In 1988, he enrolled at the Baku Branch of the Leningrad Finance and Economics Institute named after N. A. Voznesensky, and in 1993 graduated with honors from Azerbaijan State Economic University with a degree in economics.
