Anar Adil oglu Guliyev

Anar Adil oglu Guliyev was born on October 8, 1977, in Baku. In 1999, he graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the National Aviation Academy of the Republic of Azerbaijan with a degree in "Economics and Management of Production and Service Sectors" and qualified as an engineer-economist.

In 1999, he worked as a specialist at the State Property Committee; in 2000–2001, as a specialist and leading specialist at the State Committee for the Management of State Property. In 2001–2005, he was a chief specialist and chief adviser at the Ministry of Economic Development; in 2005–2009, he served as Director for Investment Promotion at the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation. In 2009–2016, he held the positions of Deputy Head and Head of Department at the Administration of the "Icherisheher" State Historical-Architectural Reserve; in 2016–2018, he served as Adviser and Head of the Office at the State Housing Development Agency.

In 2018–2019, he was Head of the Office of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture; since June 19, 2019, he has been First Deputy Chairman of the Committee. On January 8, 2020, he was appointed Chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
