A delegation led by the Prosecutor General of Uzbekistan, Nigmatilla Yuldashev, has arrived in Azerbaijan for an official visit at the invitation of the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan, Kamran Aliyev.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the visit program includes a one-on-one meeting between Yuldashev and Aliyev to discuss bilateral relations and mutual legal assistance. Furthermore, the two sides are expected to sign a cooperation program between the prosecution authorities of the two nations, marking a significant step in deepening institutional ties.
This visit underscores the growing strategic partnership between Baku and Tashkent. Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan have consistently strengthened their cooperation in recent years, particularly in the legal, economic, and political spheres, reflecting the broader trend of deepening integration among Turkic-speaking states.
