School property in Salyan district was damaged late on the night of October 26, when a “Molotov cocktail” was thrown at the building.
Police detained M. Ahadov, who had previously been convicted several times, and his acquaintance M. Huseynov, who are suspected of carrying out the attack, Operative Information Center-OMM reports. Investigators found that they acted because they opposed uniform requirements at schools.
A criminal case has been launched under relevant articles of the Criminal Code, and the suspects have been arrested.
The investigation is ongoing.
