The potential opponents for the Azerbaijani football club "Sabah" in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Conference League have been determined.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the pairings were finalized during the official draw ceremony held at UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.
Should the Azerbaijani representative be defeated by TNS (Wales) in the first qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League, they will face the loser of the match between Flora (Tallinn, Estonia) and Iberia (Georgia) in the Conference League.
The UEFA Conference League, formerly known as the UEFA Europa Conference League, serves as the third tier of European club football. It was introduced by UEFA to provide more clubs from smaller or lower-ranked national associations with the opportunity to compete in the group stages of a continental tournament, thereby increasing the inclusivity of European football.
It should be noted that the matches for the second qualifying round of the 2026/2027 UEFA Conference League season are scheduled to take place on July 23 and July 30.
