PSG and Lyon met on October 26 in the eighth round of the French league. The Paris side won the match 2-0.
After the match, PSG’s press service shared a photo taken in the dressing room. It showed the players, the coaching staff led by Luis Enrique and club president Nasser Al-Khelaifi holding up Khvicha Kvaratskhelia’s shirt.
The photo was posted with the caption: “We’re with you, Kvara!”
Kvaratskhelia was injured in a 4-2 match against Barcelona in the third round of the Champions League league phase. The 25-year-old Georgian winger was diagnosed with a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament.
