Kyiv was hit by missile strikes early Thursday, AnewZ reported. A Reuters witness said the strikes followed a Russian attack on the Ukrainian capital on Tuesday evening. That attack injured six people and damaged homes, a gas station and vehicles.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said on his Telegram channel that Ukraine launched 630 drones toward Moscow overnight and that Russia shot down most of them. He added that two people were injured in the Moscow region and received medical assistance.
A man was also injured in the western Russian city of Lipetsk after drones struck residential buildings and a medical center, regional governor Igor Artamonov said on his Telegram channel.
