Heavy rain and snow forecast in Azerbaijan on October 24-25
Wet weather in Azerbaijan’s regions is expected to continue on October 24-25.
The National Hydrometeorological Service provided the information to “Operative Information Center-OMM”.
Intense and heavy downpours, thunderstorms and hail are possible in some areas, while snow is expected in high mountain areas.
Rainfall may raise water levels in some rivers, with short-term flooding and flash floods possible in some rivers in the Greater Caucasus and the Lankaran-Astara region.
