Erdoğan sends greetings to Azerbaijan from Baku airspace

After Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s plane entered Azerbaijani airspace while returning from South Korea, the aircraft’s pilot contacted air traffic control.

“Operative Information Center-OMM” said, citing AZERTAC, that the pilot conveyed Erdoğan’s warmest wishes to President Ilham Aliyev and the people of Azerbaijan.

The message read: “While returning from my visit, I am greatly pleased to convey my warmest wishes for peace and prosperity to the brotherly people of Azerbaijan, and for health and happiness to Your Excellency.”
