Eid al-Adha (Qurban Holiday) prayers will be performed in all central mosques across Azerbaijan.
The Caucasus Muslims Office told the Operative Information Center-OMM that the holiday prayer will be held at 08:00 at the Ajdarbey Mosque and at 09:00 at the Taza Pir Mosque in the capital, Baku.
Eid al-Adha is one of the most significant holidays in the Islamic calendar, symbolizing solidarity, charity, and spiritual devotion. In Azerbaijan, the occasion is celebrated annually as a public holiday, marked by festive prayers, charitable acts, and the distribution of holiday portions to those in need.
