Al-Nassr forward Cristiano Ronaldo has been included in Portugal’s preliminary squad for its November matches. The 41-year-old is on the expanded list, according to O Jogo.
Ronaldo’s teammates Samu Costa and Joao Felix are also expected to be included in the preliminary squad.
Ronaldo was previously in the news over a disciplinary case. On October 19, the Portuguese Football Federation suspended him from football for 30 days and fined him 255 euros.
Earlier, the Portuguese player left the national team’s training camp before a match against Denmark. He also said he had set a number of conditions for the national team’s head coach after not playing in a match against Norway.
Portugal will play two Nations League matches in November, facing Denmark on the 14th and Wales on the 17th.
