The body of Ruslan Rafiq oglu Hamidov, born in 2004, has been recovered from the Caspian Sea in the Buzovna settlement of the Khazar district. The individual had drowned in an uncontrolled area on August 2.
This information was provided to the Operative Information Center-OMM by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES). The ministry reported that the body was located in the water, retrieved by divers, and subsequently handed over to the relevant authorities.
It should be recalled that on August 2, three individuals drowned in an uncontrolled area of the sea in Buzovna, approximately 1.3 kilometers away from the nearest lifeguard station. The Caspian Sea coastline, particularly in the Absheron Peninsula, often sees increased safety risks during the summer swimming season, prompting authorities to repeatedly urge citizens to swim only in designated areas where lifeguard services are operational.
