The agenda has been announced for the next plenary session of Milli Majlis (National Assembly) during its autumn session.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the agenda includes the following items:
1. A draft law amending the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan” (third reading).
2. A draft law amending the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Service in the Justice Bodies” (third reading).
3. A draft law amending the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan (third reading).
4. A draft law amending the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Approval of the Regulations on Military Service” and “On Military Duty and Military Service” (second reading).
5. A draft law amending the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Telecommunications” (second reading).
6. A draft law amending the Civil Procedure Code, Tax Code and Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the laws “On Social Insurance,” “On Medical Insurance,” “On Forensic Expert Activity,” “On Administrative Proceedings,” “On Licenses and Permits” and “On Employment” (first reading).
7. A draft law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Free Legal Aid” (first reading).
8. A draft law amending the Civil Procedure Code, Criminal Procedure Code and Penal Execution Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the laws “On Perpetuating the Memory of Martyrs and Benefits for Martyrs’ Families,” “On Veterans,” “On the Status of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons (Persons Displaced within the Country),” “On the Social Protection of Children Who Have Lost Their Parents or Been Deprived of Parental Care,” “On Lawyers and Legal Practice,” “On the Prevention of Neglect and Offenses by Minors,” “On Combating Human Trafficking,” “On Targeted State Social Assistance,” “On the Prevention of Domestic Violence,” “On the Rights of Persons with Disabilities” and “On the Rights of the Child” (first reading).
9. A draft law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Encouraging and Protecting Persons Reporting Corruption-Related Offenses” (first reading).
10. A draft law amending the Labor Code, Tax Code and Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the laws “On State Protection of Persons Involved in Criminal Proceedings,” “On Lawyers and Legal Practice,” “On Combating Corruption,” “On Access to Information,” “On Personal Data” and “On Citizens’ Appeals” (first reading).
11. A draft law amending the Criminal Code and the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan (first reading).

The next plenary session of Milli Majlis (National Assembly) during its autumn session will be held on October 30.
Parliament Speaker Sahiba Gafarova announced this at the conclusion of today’s session, Operative Information Center-OMM reports.
She said further information about the plenary session’s agenda would be provided.
