Biography
Vusal Aslanov was born in 1981.
From 2004 to 2014, he worked as legal counsel at “Azərinşaatservis” LLC, and from 2010 to 2014, he was a member of the Management Board of “Azərinteltek” CJSC. From 2013 to 2015, he was director of “Azərcon” JSC, and from 2014 to 2015, he also served as acting chairman of “Retro-Park” Housing Construction Cooperative. From 2015 to 2016, he was an adviser to the Chairman of “Azerbaijan Railways” CJSC, and from 2016 to 2024, he worked as Deputy Chairman. In 2020, he was awarded the jubilee medal “140th Anniversary of Azerbaijan Railways (1880–2020)”.
On December 20, 2024, he was appointed Chairman of the “Baku Metro” Closed Joint-Stock Company by presidential order.
