Biography
Rovshan Javadov was born on 12 October 1983.
From 2006 to 2009, he held various positions in the Investment Department of the State Oil Fund. From 2009 to 2014, he was Deputy Director of that department, and from 2014 to 2 March 2020, he served as its Director.
On 2 March 2020, he was appointed Deputy Executive Director of the State Oil Fund by presidential decree.
He speaks English and Russian. He is married and has two children.
