Biography
Rahman Tofiq oglu Hajiyev was born on 17 April 1980 in Baku.
From 2002 to 2008, he was a member of the Board of MBASK Insurance Company and held various positions at the company. From 2009, he served as editor-in-chief and executive director of the First News Media Information Agency, and from 2011, as editor-in-chief of the Bakinskiy Rabochiy newspaper of the Administration of Affairs of the President.
On 4 February 2021, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of the Karabakh Revival Fund by presidential order.
