Biography
Nicat Ismayilov has been working at Azerconnect Group since 2017 and is currently the General Manager for Legal and Regulatory Affairs. Approximately 10 of his more than 15 years of professional experience have been in telecommunications.
Before joining Azerconnect Group, he held various positions in government relations and legal regulation at “Azerfon” LLC (Nar) and “AzerTelecom” LLC. He has participated in a number of international programmes in the field of law.
Education
Graduate of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
