Biography
Matanat Babayeva has been the Chief Human Resources Officer at Azerconnect Group since August 2017.
She has worked in the telecommunications sector since 1998; during this period, she has held various positions in human resources departments in different countries and companies. In 2012–2017, she headed the Human Resources Department of “Azerfon” LLC.
