Biography
Ilgar Nahmadov has been Deputy General Director at Azerconnect Group since 2025. He has more than 15 years of experience in telecommunications and information technology.
Prior to joining Azerconnect Group, he held various managerial positions at the country’s telecommunications, oil and gas, transport and construction companies, as well as in the public sector.
