Biography
Ilgar Kenan oglu Jalilov was born on 8 June 1983 in the Basarkechar District of the Republic of Armenia.
In 2003–2004, he worked as a slinger-rigger at McDermott, the operator of the Baku–Tbilisi–Ceyhan main export pipeline project. In 2008–2013, he worked as a geographic information systems engineer at Integris, Azerbaijan Development and BM Technologies. In 2013–2016, he served as head of the Electronic Governance Department and subsequently the Internal Control Department at Təmiz Şəhər OJSC.
In 2016–2021, he served as head of the Information and Communication Technologies Support Department and subsequently the Coordination of Mining and Production Areas Department at AzerGold CJSC. On 2 April 2021, he was appointed Deputy General Director of Daşkəsən Dəmir Filizi LLC, and from 29 June 2022 he worked as Adviser to the Chairman of the Board of AzerGold CJSC. Since 17 September 2024, he has been a Member of the Board – Deputy Chairman of AzerGold CJSC.
