Ilham Sadat oglu Ibrahimov

Ilham Sadat oglu Ibrahimov graduated from the History Department of the Nakhchivan State Pedagogical Institute in 1990 and from the Faculty of Law of Nakhchivan State University in 2000. From 2001 to 2005, he worked as an enforcement officer at the Babek District Enforcement Department; from 2005 to 2008, as an enforcement officer and senior enforcement officer in the Enforcement Group of the Military Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic; and from 2008 to 2010, he served as head of the Enforcement Department of that court.

Since 2010, he has served as a judge of the Military Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

By an Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated October 29, 2025, he was dismissed from the position of judge of the Military Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and appointed judge and chairperson of the Kangarli District Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
