Biography
Fuzuli Shiraslan oglu Imraliyev served in the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State Security Service. In 2020, he took part in battles to liberate several districts from occupation during the Patriotic War and was wounded during the Dashalti operation.
By an Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 9, 2020, he was awarded the title of “Hero of the Patriotic War” with the rank of lieutenant colonel.
In May 2026, he was appointed Deputy Chief of the State Agency for the Protection of Strategic Facilities. In a statement dated September 28, 2026, the Agency referred to him as its Deputy Chief with the rank of colonel.
