Anar Maharram oglu Bayramov

Anar Maharram oglu Bayramov was born in 1975. He has been a Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine since 2003.

Since 1998, he has worked as a physician at the “MediClub” clinic. Since 2002, he has held the positions of chief medical expert, deputy general director, general director and chairman of the Board of Directors at “A-Group” Insurance Company. From 2006 to 2014, he chaired the Medical Insurance Committee of the Association of Insurers of Azerbaijan, and from 2012 to 2017, he was president of the Caspian European Club (CEIBC).

In 2021, he was appointed adviser to the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, and later served as chairman of the Board of the State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency under the Ministry. On April 17, 2025, by order of the President, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population. In 2026, he became Executive Director of the Association for the Management of Medical Territorial Units (TƏBİB).

On October 19, 2026, by order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, he was appointed Minister of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
