Vance says first phase of US-Iran conflict is complete

"The US conflict with Iran will enter a completely different phase within the next two months."

"Operative Information Center-OMM" reports that US Vice President JD Vance made the statement.

"We cannot predict the future. But I think the president is right to say that the US conflict with Iran will enter a completely different phase within the next two months," Vance said.

According to the vice president, the United States has already carried out the first phase of the conflict. He said this phase involved the destruction of Iran’s nuclear program and the armed forces of the Islamic Republic.

Vance added that the second phase would focus on ensuring that Iran cannot rebuild its military capabilities, followed by efforts to preserve global stability as much as possible.

It should be noted that US President Donald Trump said last week that the conflict between the United States and Iran would end immediately after the congressional midterm elections scheduled for November.

The US congressional midterm elections determine the composition of the House of Representatives and part of the Senate. They traditionally serve as an important political test for the sitting president and can influence the administration’s foreign and domestic policy priorities.
