Atletico Madrid head coach Diego Simeone has praised Bayern Munich forward Harry Kane. He congratulated the player on deservedly winning the Ballon d’Or, describing it as an extraordinary achievement.
Simeone said Kane had always made a positive impression on him. The coach said the forward had matured over the years, learned to find the best positions and retained his goalscoring instinct.
“He is completely dedicated to his work and can get his team out of a difficult situation when needed. He is a natural goalscorer. His talent is very important for football and for the young people who watch him. Kane is leaving a legacy that shows it is possible to achieve great success through hard work,” Simeone said, Marca quoted him as saying.
Atletico Madrid and Bayern Munich will play on November 3 in the fourth round of the Champions League league phase. The match will kick off at 11 p.m. Moscow time and at midnight on November 4 Baku time.
