The first leg match of the UEFA Europa League first qualifying round between Azerbaijan's Qarabagh and Iceland's Vestri has concluded in Baku.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the match held at the Tofiq Bahramov Republican Stadium ended in a 3-0 victory for the Aghdam club.
The goals were scored by Zakaria Savo in the 30th minute, Abdellah Zoubir in the 45+2nd minute, and Rinaldo Cephas in the 86th minute.
The match was officiated by Moldovan referee Roman Jitari.
Qarabagh, a perennial participant in European club competitions, continues to represent Azerbaijan on the international stage with consistent performances. The return leg between the two teams is scheduled to take place in Iceland on July 16.
