Electricity supply will be interrupted in some areas of Baku’s Yasamal district.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the information was provided by Azerishig OJSC.
The company said maintenance work will be carried out at a transformer substation in the area served by the Yasamal District Energy Supply and Sales Department to improve electricity supply quality and meet rising demand.
As a result, electricity supply will be limited from 10:00 to 13:00 on parts of Abbas Mirza Sharifzadeh, E. Aghayev, A. Ahmadov, Vasif Aliyev and Mehman Bunyadzade streets. Once the work is completed, electricity supply in the affected areas is expected to be more reliable.
Transformer substations help distribute electricity to local neighborhoods. Scheduled maintenance is conducted to support reliable service and accommodate changes in demand.
