Pashinyan travels to the United States for working visit

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has left for a working visit to the United States.

Operative Information Center-OMM reports, citing Armenian media, that the visit will take place from Sept. 22 to 25.

During the visit, the prime minister will attend and address the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

Pashinyan is also scheduled to meet with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and other foreign counterparts.

The UN General Assembly is the organization’s main deliberative body and brings together representatives of all UN member states for its annual high-level session in New York.
