Inter Miami’s Argentine forward Lionel Messi has spoken about what Barcelona means to him. During his time with the Catalan club, he won numerous team titles and individual awards.
“What does Barcelona mean to me? So many wonderful moments have happened that it is difficult to express the meaning of this club in just a few words. I feel a very special affection for the city and the club,” Messi said.
He said they had been fortunate to win everything in Barcelona. Messi said this was not only about the results they achieved, but also how they reached those successes and how much they enjoyed the matches, victories and important achievements.
“But the most important thing is enjoying the little things in everyday life, the training sessions and the wonderful moments we spent together,” the Argentine footballer said, according to All About Argentina, which shared his remarks on social media platform X.
