Baku’s 20 Sentyabr metro station is targeted to be fully commissioned in the first half of next year.
"Operativ Məlumat Mərkəzi-OMM" reported, citing APA, that the information was provided by Mammad Rzayev, head of the Construction Project Management Department at Baku Metro CJSC.
He said construction at the station had been completed and finishing work was now underway.
Meanwhile, construction continues on a 211-meter section of running tunnel between 28 May and Nizami stations. Excavation has been completed along 63 meters of the tunnel.
The tunnel is planned to become the Nizami–Jafar Jabbarli tunnel in the future.
