Power outage in parts of Baku’s Nizami district on Oct. 19

Power supply will be interrupted on Bakhruz Nuriyev and Jamshid Nakhchivanski streets and Babek Avenue during relay protection work on Oct. 19.

Relay protection and automation systems will be inspected on Oct. 19 in the service area of the Nizami District Energy Supply and Sales Department to improve electricity supply quality and meet rising demand.
“Operative Information Center-OMM” reports that Azerishiq OJSC announced the work.

As a result of the maintenance work, electricity supply will be restricted from 09:00 to 14:00 on Bakhruz Nuriyev, Jamshid Nakhchivanski and Ismayil Mammadov streets, as well as on parts of Babek and Gara Garayev avenues.
After the work is completed, subscribers in the affected areas will receive a higher-quality and more reliable electricity supply.
