Drivers are advised to adjust their speed to road and weather conditions during rainy weather, maintain a safe following distance, avoid sudden maneuvers and abrupt braking, and ensure proper use of vehicle lighting systems. During periods of strong wind, drivers of heavy, towed, and tented vehicles are specifically cautioned to account for the impact of wind on vehicle stability.
Authorities emphasize the importance of avoiding road sections prone to flooding or flash floods resulting from heavy rainfall. Motorists are instructed to strictly adhere to existing restrictions and follow the directions of police officers in such areas.
