In the first half of this year, 1,034 enterprises registered in the "Digital Monitoring of State Enterprises" subsystem of the "Digital Public Finance" information system. Through this platform, these entities submitted 1,315 monthly and 7,244 quarterly reports, according to the Operative Information Center-OMM, citing the Ministry of Finance.

Data indicates that during the reporting period, 466 enterprises submitted budget reports approved for 2026, 532 enterprises provided dividend forecast reports for 2027, and 654 enterprises filed budget forecast reports for the upcoming year.

The "Digital Public Finance" information system was established by a decree signed by the President of Azerbaijan on January 26, 2026. The "Digital Monitoring of State Enterprises" subsystem is designed to oversee the annual and medium-term budget drafts and forecasts of legal entities owned by the state or where the state holds a controlling interest. It facilitates the quarterly monitoring of income and expenditure estimates, the analysis of performance indicators, and the collection of essential financial data to ensure transparency and efficiency in the management of public assets.
