Beginning at 11:00 on Sept. 16, parents will be able to select schools and teachers for children who were unable to enroll on time for a valid reason and for whom places remain available in first grade at general education institutions for the 2026–2027 academic year.
The State Agency for Preschool and General Education told the Operative Information Center-OMM.
The process will continue until 15:00 on Sept. 30. Parents who submit an application for their children through the mektebeqebul.edu.az portal by that date may visit the relevant school with the required documents and complete the enrollment process.
The agency said the electronic enrollment process applies only to children whose first-grade registration was delayed for a valid reason and whose applications were submitted through the electronic system within the specified period. More than 124,000 children have been enrolled in first grade for the 2026–2027 academic year to date.
