Ezri Konsa put Arsenal ahead in the seventh minute. Gabriel Magalhaes doubled the lead in the 68th minute to seal the win.
Arsenal moved to second place in the standings with 21 points. The London club trails Manchester City, which has the same number of points, on goal difference.
Everton are ninth with 10 points.
