Today we are building and creating in liberated Garabagh.
President Ilham Aliyev said this in his Victory Day message to the people of Azerbaijan, Operative Information Center-OMM reports.
The head of state said: “Today, we—the owners of these lands—are showing the whole world that this is our land. We are a people who build and create. During the occupation, Armenia only plundered our natural resources, cut down our forests and illegally exploited our mines. We, meanwhile, are building cities from scratch.”
