A person who allegedly disrupted public order with a bladed weapon in Azerbaijan’s Qusar district resisted police officers.
The regional group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Press Service told Operative Information Center-OMM that police detained a 22-year-old man identified by the surname Rzayev after using their service pistol. He was taken to hospital.
An investigation into the incident is underway.
Qusar is a district in northern Azerbaijan, bordering Russia and located near the country’s Caspian Sea coast. Law enforcement authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
