Another shipment from Russia to Armenia has been carried out via transit through Azerbaijan. Operative Information Center-OMM reports that 10 wagons containing 678 tons of fertilizer were dispatched from the Bilajari station toward the Boyuk Kasik direction.

To date, more than 25,000 tons of grain, nearly 2,000 tons of fertilizer, and 68 tons of buckwheat have been transported from Russia to Armenia through Azerbaijani territory. In addition to transit, the export of petroleum products from Azerbaijan to Armenia continues. Official data indicates that over 8,500 tons of diesel, 979 tons of AI-92 gasoline, and 2,955 tons of AI-95 gasoline have been exported from Azerbaijan to Armenia.

These transit operations highlight the growing role of Azerbaijan as a regional logistics hub and its commitment to facilitating international trade routes. The utilization of Azerbaijan's railway infrastructure for transit purposes is part of broader efforts to ensure regional connectivity and economic cooperation in the South Caucasus. The Bilajari-Boyuk Kasik route serves as a vital segment of the country's railway network, linking major transport corridors and enhancing the efficiency of cross-border logistics.
