Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport
Biography
He was born in 1985.
From 2007 to 2011, he worked in the Finance, Accounting and Economic Analysis Department of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies. From 2011 to 2014, he held various positions at Azercosmos OJSC, and from 2014 to 2021, he served as Director of the Finance Department of the same company.
From 2021 to 2025, he was Chairman of the Board of the Space Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2025, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport by Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Education
From 2002 to 2006, he earned a bachelor's degree in Finance and Credit from Azerbaijan State University of Economics, and from 2008 to 2010, he completed a master's degree at the same university. In 2013, he completed a professional development course in strategic management jointly organized by ADA University and the Maastricht School of Management.
