Rahman Dursun oglu Hummatov

Born in 1977. He holds a Candidate of Sciences degree in law.

From 1998 to 2008, he held various positions at the National Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan. From 2006 to 2016, he served as Deputy Executive Director of the Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund under the National Bank, and from 2016 to 2018, he was a member of the Management Board of the Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund OJSC.

By Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 14, 2018, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2021, by Order of the President, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport.

In 1998, he graduated from the Institute of Management of the National Economy under the Cabinet of Ministers, majoring in organization and management of business, and in 2000, he graduated with distinction from the master's division of the same institute, majoring in engineering economics and management. From 2000 to 2004, he completed postgraduate studies at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and received the degree of Candidate of Sciences in law.
