No state fee will be charged in Azerbaijan when a driving licence is replaced because of an error in its written details.
“Operativ Məlumat Mərkəzi-OMM”Operative Information Center-OMM reports that amendments to the Law on State Duty have been proposed.
In addition, under the draft law, internally displaced persons will be exempt from state fees for technical inspections of private passenger cars acquired on the basis of ownership before June 1, 1994, and for replacing the vehicles’ technical passports, state registration plates and driving licences.
