Tovuz Customs Department officers prevented mobile phones from being transported across the customs border without declaration.
Officers inspected a vehicle arriving in the Republic of Azerbaijan from Georgia at the “Red Bridge” customs post, Operative Information Center-OMM reports.
During the inspection, they found 433 mobile phones concealed in the vehicle’s tractor unit and not declared to customs authorities.
An investigation into the incident is underway.
