A robbery incident has occurred in the Nasimi district of the capital, Baku.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, citing the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), an unidentified individual used force against a victim to seize their money before fleeing the scene.
Following an investigation, police officers identified and apprehended the suspect, 22-year-old E. Kerimov, who has a prior criminal record. A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident, and further investigative measures are currently underway.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs continues to prioritize public safety in Baku, conducting regular operations to combat street crime and ensure the security of residents and visitors in the capital city.
